I truly believe in your ability to change and I am proud to have helped hundreds of people to change their lives for the better. Although we all have the ability to change, sometimes we need a little help along the way. My approach to your wellbeing focuses on you as the client and together we work towards meeting your needs and achieving your goals.

I integrate person centred, psychodynamic and CBT counselling theory and techniques to best meet your needs. In a nutshell, my person centred approach means that our work together is always led by you. You have the best solutions to your issues and my job is to help you to find those solutions. Sometimes, issues from your past affect you in the present; often without you even realising it. The psychodynamic element to my approach can help you to identify that when it happens and then help you to break the cycle. CBT techniques can help you to understand and to address those harmful patterns of thinking which have a negative impact on the way you act and how you feel.
